Can I order fabric swatches before placing my custom order?

Can I place a custom order with my own fabric?

Yes. Please contact us at hello@happyhanalei.com to discuss custom made orders with your own upholstery fabric. 

Where will my goods be manufactured?

We are proud to manufacture all of our goods in the European Union. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Germany and the EU.

How long after placing my order will I receive my goods?

All items are made to order and will have a delivery time of approximately 8 weeks. 

Can I cancel my order?

All Romeo Dining Chairs are Made-to-Order. Therefore, once an order has started production, it cannot be canceled. 

Can I return my order?

All Romeo Dining Chairs are Made-to-Order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Please take advantage of our fabric swatch offers to be sure you order the right chair cover for your needs. If your chairs or covers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us right away so that we can order a replacement. 

Fabric swatches are non-refundable.
